A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Don´t think a shoulder holster for the P08 was ever officially issued in Germanyicon. you´d most likely have to have it made in the US. Try el Passo (El Paso Saddlery - Holsters) as they make repro US trials holsters. Otherwise Geerry Buryney on the Luger forum would maybe make you one.
