    Talking My L1A1 project question.

I am currently purchasing all the necessary parts to assemble a legal semi only L1A1 clone. My intent is to build one as close as possible to one issued around the time of Operation Corporate, ie. Early 80's style Britishicon with pebblegrain furniture and finish. I already have a complete UB61 marked lower receiver and a barrel by Saf Lithgowicon as well as new condition brit bolt carrier. Now my question is this. Do the us made hts(hammer, trigger, sear) sets sold online count as three 922r compliance parts or only two? I ask because i am unsure if a sear counts as a us compliance part. And i am not speaking of a safety sear. Also does anybody know where to get a us made folding charging handle assembly? Thanks. Any help is appreciated.
