    M1 Rockola (gunbroker) Edition

Befroe I bid on this M1icon could someone please view this item # 441745748 on GB and PLEASE give me some fedback. Ive seen some REAL pros here and i would like to know more about it before invest a couple of thousand dollars. I know there can be fakes on Auction sites but i like this rifle, but if i dont get it, its find i have my Grandfathers and my Fathers M1

Nevermind...This is no Rockola...Should of know, ther's more SG parts on this rifle and used the little Rockola he had to try to sell it.. Man this site is a Rip off, most firearms there is a "Well" or " But" in all the Descriptions

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. I think that you are being a little harsh. The seller did everything except state "WARNING: This is a mixed parts gun!" in the description. He tells you what parts are in it, he has lots of photos, & he offers a 3-day return. All original Rockolas are a little scarce, &, besides not everyone can afford one. A lot of folks are glad to have a rebuilt Rockola, & the prices bid so far seem to indicate that the bidders understand it isn't all original.

Sure, you can find altered/fake guns on online auctions, but the same is true of brick-and-mortar auction houses, gun shows, & private sellers. As always, when considering a high dollar gun, you had BETTER know what you are looking at, or you are at risk of getting fleeced.

While I never have personally bought from this seller, I hear he's a very good. As stated, a top notch Rock-ola will set you back quite a lot. I would be patient and all of a sudden one will present itself to you. As far as GunBroker goes, I've had pretty good luck on it. Not all of the guns have been good deals, but usually what the seller says I'm getting...I get. The only thing I'll say is ask for more pictures when you can. Also, do whatever research you feel you need to on the particular carbine you're looking at and go from there. There is fraud on GunBroker, but that's true on all or most all of the online gun auction sites.

I was thinking when i got the tip about this Rockola i assumed it was more Rockola than Not, i'vei been burned before from GB, but i never Attacked his character, just the listing and how i would of prefer people state in the Title of there item More of the Descriprion that was not in the Title so i wont have to go over this item several times thinking it was what it Said in the Title. I dont think i was harsh on the Selller just DISSAPOINTED with how peolle csn get you to bite just to find out its not what is Was, Thats all, Semper Fi
