    1951 Tula SKS.

Picked up this '51 Tula SKS yesterday. Good shooter. Was kind of wondering about the AK sling it came with. One of the stamps on it is an anchor stamp. Any info on it? Naval? Naval infantry. Never seen this stamp before.
