Greetings all. Does anyone have information on the current status/whereabouts of Len Savage. I've been trying to reach him via phone and e-mail for several weeks now without success. He's been working on my Bren and has disappeared.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. SO...... should I be worried. 60 people have looked at this thread in the very HEART of the Bren gun community, and NO ONE has any info on one of the major builders of them? Oh Boy!

May want to escalate it to the people who know where to find people two ways a P.I or the Police there may be a legit reason who knows but with a piece of kit like that I would be tracking hard and long to get the it back.

OK just for closure, Len is alive and well and theoretically shipping my Bren back to me in Jan.! FYI
