There were only 3 German metalists in the 1934 Alpine ski championships one male two female I would say the list of possiable recipents is small indeed. My bet is on Franz Pfnür - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia . That is a very interesting piece thank you for sharing.

I'm pretty sure that this pistol is a Model 1910 in .25 auto. Made from 1910 through 1934. 3 inch barrel and 9 shots.
