I know shipping take awhile but I haven't even received confirmation that it has shipped.

Trust me I'm not trying to bash anyone here, I was just curious if any one else has done business with him and what the wait time was on it.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. When you see it, it'll be worth the wait. Made from and to the original ITDU drawings. Pretty well perfect alignment and rock steady when fired from our test range

There was some delay with mine, as the metal surfaces had to be treated, but they did send me a tracking number.

I did get a response yesterday. He deeply apologized for the delay. He had problems with the finish.

Same as with mine. But well worth the wait. Not everyone takes pains with getting things absolutely right. And you´ll have a piece of kit that allows the use of any size scope tube. Much better´n the dismal experience I went through with the "smithless" Enfield scope mount.

This stuff seems to vary from batch to batch. Some will cure in air over the woodstove in 24 hours sufficiently to be laid on a tray and baked at 250 in an oven for day, some apparently remains soft and then these marks appear from the rests used to support them in the oven. Most annoying as the affected parts must then be blasted clean and reparked and painted. I've taken to doing them only as required as when a larger batch go wrong it is a right PITA! Your patience is appreciated RWS.

That's exactly what I do Roger, and I have a nice roll of stainless wire I make them from. However, the oven is not large enough to hang them in, so some air drying is necessary first and this is where the variable shows up. It's not ambient humidity as far I can tell.

About 20 examples left now by the way. More NOT to follow!

I've said that after each batch of No32 brackets Rob, but 25 years & 500+ sales later people still keep asking me for them. Another 100 castings awaiting machining currently!
