Rarity of Original Pre-WW1 Service Rifles

    Good evening, Gentlemen,

I believe that pre-WW1 NRA or "sales" rifles in original condition are occasionally available. But would I be correct in the notion that those rifles issued to the military that have not been rearsonaled or altered in some way are fairly rare?

    Thank you for your time,

    EdwardB

But I have four of such unaltered 03's made during WWI, so they can be found. None of mine appear to have ever been on a battlefield.
