    Chinese Model 1907 Mauser.

This old war horse arrived today, a Chinese Model 1907. Amazingly, it is pretty darn nice, and even more amazing, everything matches ( I say everything, as I can just make out the numbers on the bolt ) All in all, a really neat piece of history.

Looks good. Most of them I have seen are in much worse shape. I had one a few years ago that was a pretty good shooter.

What's the bore like? Most seem to just let a bullet drop through them.

Bore is actually presentable on this one. Going to try to get it out on the range this weekend.

Hey I know this is an older thread, but I just bought a similar rifle. Does yours have any markings on the top of the action other than a serial number? I couldn't see from the pictures. Thanks.
