A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. It's a Czechicon VZ24 made for the Romanian army. Romanian VZ-24's were manufactured in blocks of 25000 rifles. The first block was AR1 through AR25000, folowed by B1 through BR25000, etc.
How is your receiver marked? King Carol or King Michael crest, a date crest (1939 or 1940) or an unmarked crest?. Please post some pictures?
