    Swiss training rifles

Does anyone know of a reference book or site which describes well the different Swissicon .22 trainers?

    Thx

Hi, New to posting , but pretty sure what everyone thinks are 22 trainers are really rifles that were converted to 22 caliber for small caliber 50M match shooting. do not believe I have ever seen where swiss used a 22 for training purposes, All of the rifle I have seen converted were done so by private gunsmiths using their own interpretations and designs. Then again I could be wrong and starting off on the wrong foot. if so I hope someone will set me on the right path.

You are quite correct. The Swissicon army never introduced an official small-bore trainer.
