    Mark1 03

Have the chance to pick up original finish Mark1. Stock is a non original finger groove. Mark1 cutoff and trigger changed out. Nice sling. 400.00 Thinking of buying and making it a long term restoration. Anyone know how hard and cost this would be? Would anyone else consider this or is it not worth the time and money.

Barrel must be original to make the project work. Lots of these have SA 8-42 or 11-42 barrels. Not worth the effort, nice shooter mind you, but not good candidates. Find out exactly what you are looking at. At $400.00 for a decent high number '03--go for it. But keep your thoughts clear.

He's right, it could cost you way more than a correct one if you aren't careful...

The barrel is original and the metal is very good.

If you place a WTB here, you can find the most of it probably...at least here, we know what you're talking about.
