Picking up stripped M16 lowers and uppers outside of the USA/EU that would ship to NZ

Probably a big ask but I'd like to build a M16icon (non-select fire) for service rifle so I need a lower and a upper. Site in Germanyicon has a lower for 149EU but he wont ship outside of the EU. So that made me think what the heck I'll ask in here in case other bits of the world are not so picky.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. I think I have seen Brian @ BDLicon in some M16icon threads and am sure he is knowledgeable about the export question. See the BDL add above.

Hi, these would attract a $250US state department fee on top of the 2 units cost, even if I could get them shipped from the USAicon, (and since the lower is classed as a machine gun part in the USA I suspect not) hence i wondered about elsewhere.

You can buy a 80% finished AR-15 lower for under $100US, some will even include a template to show locations of holes to be drilled and milling is required on the rear end. Magazine area is complete as is the buffer threads.
Not considered to be a firearm, hence no serial number. Do not have any idea about oversea shipment but it is not considered a firearm

I can ship them but they do require export licensing which will require import licensing and a purchase request from New Zealandicon. Email me in the shop at bdlltd@bellsouth.net for details.

Semi-auto receivers are NOT regarded as an MG part here in the USAicon by DDTC, U.S. Department of State. They were restricted from export up until a couple of years ago but there's no problem now as long as the paperwork hoops are adhered to.

RCS the idea was to have the correctly stamped /original lower not a lower to finish.

Yes, M16icon and M16A1 rifles were all select fire. Those are not exportable unless going to a police or military organization. The semi-auto look-alikes have a variety of model designations depending on the manufacturer but won't be marked M16/M16A1.
