    New Saginaw!!

Went down to the CMPicon store Friday and they had new M1icon carbines. So we got 1.

    Saginaw Receiver with a 1833xxx
    Inland 7-43 barrel
    JM bayonet lug
Winchester trigger housing and op rod
    Rock ola hammer
    Inland round bolt

They were 900 dollars and like new. Did I get a good one?

That's the first Carbine out of either store in a long while that I have heard of { except for the auctions }. Hard to go wrong at $900. Hope you enjoy it. Chris

For a shooter I guess you did ok but from what I read on the CMPicon forum they are all reparked and CMP stocks. For $900 I would want an original finish carbine myself in GI wood.

For an S'G' carbine in the IP serial number block you did fine for $900. People have to remember that it's not an import and even in CMPicon wood , that can always be changed. The vast majority of carbines have been rebuilt and refinished like this one.
