    need more pics but if the rest of the rifle is as tidy then probably yes.

    Some Qs,

    a) Does the receiver number and bolt number match? if not you have some checks to undertake.

    b) What is the number on the bolt head?

    Get it head spaced.

    If the serial number on the bolt matches the number on the body, I would fire it. If the numbers don’t match I would check the headspace first.

    Those little holes wouldn’t bother me a bit…….. unless I was haggling with the seller over the price.

    The good news is the holes were not welded up and painted over. That can make the metal brittle and prone to crack or shatter.
