    A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered.     This one did some time in Israel too.
    In Israel, while they are expected to carry a weapon off duty, they are prohibited from having a magazine in the weapon (rifles only) in public places. With the carbines, you see the stock pouches, and with the AR platform, they have a gizmo that slips into the mag well and holds a magazine at a 90 degree angle like these.





    On this one, I wonder where she is keeping the magazine!

    It's on the side of the carbine in a pouch...look closely...against the handguard.

    JIm, you are right on both counts. When I blew up the pic, and lightened the shadow, I could see it. Good thing, too. The only other place it could have been was down the front of her bikini bottoms! Oh my!

    Yes, that picture is Ethiopian troops, according to the web page I purloined it from.
