    The normal procedure for using rear aperture sights is to fit a higher front blade, this requires you to check and record your original mid barrel settings.
    But as the amount of Service shoots using original sights is a very small proportion, the rear aperture when zeroed correctly, sits well above the rear sight, only getting in line at the 100yd setting.

    hopefully i get it sorted at the range this week. most of my shoots will be at 3-500 so it shouldnt be a big issue!
