    this is a Lend lease trainer . i believe from the first batch of 2500 that was shipped because of lack of a serial number . plenty of other Brit markings , there appears to be a Woolwich arsenal crown under the "N" (navy issue)
    feel free to offer up any other info from the guys in the know .
    pleased to own another piece of history , i have a weakness for trainers .

    Great little rifle, I have one in original condition, shoots very well, Has an upgrade Parker Hale PH16D rear sight and i also have a Mossberg RF1 Rangefinder scope and mount in working order. Serial number is in the 82-- region, any one got any info on same?
