WTK: What Type of Holster is This

I purchased a WWII 1938 S/42 Luger. I believe this is a Police Holster. I cannot find a single marking on it. Can someone ID this Holster for me?

The Luger was covered in a thin layer of dried oil. I removed the oil and took many pictures. I will be putting fresh oil on it prior to assembly. All numbers match including the magazine. The Grips and Magazine are also matching and the magazine has an eagle on it with an inverted V just like the serial number on the frame. I can post more pictures if requested.

Thank You and Have a Great Day!

I think it's for the wartime police P38...not the P'08.
