    Im told that the scope is not bad if you are not a "Purist" I tried a Repro mount for an M1D and sent it back. Thing was poorly made and didnt thread correctly.

    I would try the CMPicon Forum @ http://www.odcmp.org they have plenty of people who have first hand knowledge of this scope.

    A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered.     I'll bet they are out of China. I thought Federal Law mandated a country of origin stamp.
