    NRA Sporter Stock?

Today I picked up an 03-a3, that appears to be in an NRA Sporter stock, or something similar.
Can anyone confirm what type of stock this is?

Since there are no stock bolts, it is a m1922 22 cal stock. Someone ( like me ) would probably trade you a m1903A3 stock for it.

Thanks! I actually have a m1922 m2 with a stock that has been sanded. I think I'll put this one on that gun. I didn't realize the stock bolt difference, thanks for the education.

That is an M2 rifle stock. It has a 1903 buttplqate on it. It should have a coarsely checkered buttplate that will not have the trapdoor.

Thanks! I have a c-stock laying around and my m1922 m2 has a lightly sanded stock, a friend has a set of 03-a3 stock metal. Looks like I'll be swapping parts around this weekend.
I'll have a spare sanded m1922 m2 stock in my parts hoard.
Super happy I took a shot and bought the rifle for $500.
