    A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered.     This is most concerning rings like alpaca andy and the dialup beware half track resto here one minute and faded away the next.
    Can anybody ring Jim if they have his phone number just to check up as that's what friends do is to look out for each other.

    Thanks for the concern men, all it was...simple really...no sickness or vacation. I had a shadow from the past creep back on me and had to be dealt with. Took this long to sort out. It's a VERY long story and has plot twists...and all. Anyhoo, between Nov 6th and Dec 6th I lost 10 lbs and now look cut again. Back up to 25 chin-ups on my birthday...at 59 years old. So I guess there's a bright side. Thanks for the concern and messages all...

    Nice picture gsimmons of the Mossie with the 6 Pdr Molins gun I think that's what they called it, not the biggest mounted on a plane in WWII, the USAicon had a Liberator for anti sub work with the 75mm short barrel and the Germans had the Hs 129 with a 75mm long barreled version and a ME 262 with a 75mm which required a counter weighted tail to balance the aircraft, cool pic anyway.
