A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. It looks like you have a Yugoslavian M95m, not just a regular M95. If it is, your pretty lucky. Shoots 8mm mauser and uses standard M98 stripper clips (chargers) provided the clip in the magazine to retain the 8mm Mauser round hasn't been removed (which for some reason happens more often than you would think).

Same here WP I like that Marlin, a pump shotty full of SGG's spoils every baddies day the Germans certainly learned that in WWI with their Sturmtroopen facing a trench full of Doughboys with Model 97's with plenty of shells on hand, the higher command was appalled at the carnage that happened and issued the order any US soldier caught with one would be shot off hand no trial. Bit like Herr H*tlers WWII order to summarily shoot Britishicon Comandos if they were caught no trial nothing just shot where they stood.
