Old article found on the m85 by chuck karwan usa an impartial viewpoint

This article was in papers that Bill Smallwood ex engineer at PH on the M85 rifle found he had retained from the early 80's, which might give some background to the rifle in those very early days, when Chuck Karwan from the USAicon an accomplished Writer and Editor in Gun magazines paid PH a visit to evaluate the latest rifle on behalf of his readers stateside!!!
He makes an interesting statement about 22 SAS use of the M85" because they could not wait any longer for the AI to sort out its teething problems on procurement by MOD". Not sure where that came from?
