    British Manufacturer's Dispersal Code Index

Does any-one know where I can obtain a complete or nearly complete list/index of Britishicon military manufacturer's Dispersal Codes with the full name of the company to which they relate, please? I do have some partial lists which I found on-line but they are in no way complete and have many gaps and omissions. Thanks for any help.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. There is a Skennertonicon book that covers this subject. It's not totally complete but pretty good

Thanks chaps for all the information especially MKII. I have now ordered a copy of Britishicon Small Arms of WW2 by Ian Skennertonicon via Amazon and I look forward to looking through it when it arrives.

I can't find my copy of Broad Arrow to check, but I doubt that it duplicates the stuff in his earlier book. No doubt someone here can advise us.
