    M1917 Kerr NoBuckl sling

I purchased this on a 1942 M1903 in which the gentleman had it for 30 years in his safe (according to him). My question would be is it original and if so the value? Thanks!

I'm thinking I posted this in the wrong forum? According to what I am seeing it is original so guess I am going to go with that! Thanks.
