Photos of another Enfield I found..

I had a guy text me photos of this Enfield he was wanting to trade me. Not sure what model it is? When he first told me about it, I was hoping it was a Jungle... Looks like an Enfield someone sportarized. What's the value in this condition?

i'm having trouble reading the markings. looks an awful lot like a 1943 Maltby to me. as for value, i have sworn off sporterized versions unless they are dirt cheap. they are far too expensive to put back into their military dress. i'd be paying a max of $100, or letting it pass on by.

Agree, I like the original Enfields and don't care for the spotrarized versions. I am going to pass....
When he first told me about it, I was thinking... Please let it be a Jungle..... Nope.
