    The good news is that your stock wasn't devalued in Israel. Most of us dislike the Israeli stamped stocks, which are typically deeply marked on the left side where your cheek would lay and are very big numbers. They're frequently swapped out for non-stamped stocks. That one was probably done in the States and which is why you probably don't have an import stamp. However you have very heavy band shadow where the barrel used to have a type III band lug/bayo lug on it. Singer versions are sought after. Was thinking there were more than 25k made, but far fewer than the original number made exist now.
