    303 headstamp

I got a few bits and bobs the other day (More to follow) but this one had me stumped it was fired but the headstamp and date are a bit perplexing. The tail on the cross bar on what appears to be a T is shorter than drawn, there is an indent which is represented by what looks like a full stop in the drawing.
And the triangle with the date of 1909 be interesting if anyone can help I have tried my limited matter on them but come up nil.
As always I appreciate the time taken by members to assist. Thank you.Attachment 74043

Managed to get a good I phone pic of it. Attachment 74057
