All of the little Hobby Gunsmiths are done. Gosh, 8 years of Obama followed by 4 years of Hillary. Look out. Lots of more to come from those two hosers. All of the little guys at our local Gun Shows are next. They will regulate small guys right out of the Gun Show trade.

It doesn’t affect guys doing their own hobby stuff. It’s small gunsmiths that will be put out of business by his decree.

Actually, I'm somewhat surprised they haven't been required to register and pay a fee until now. FFL dealers have been required to, seems like forever. Certainly doesn't make it "right", but nonetheless...

If you do gunsmithing for money, then it applies. This is very difficult to understand. Is the State Dept. going into firearms regulating? Their Special Agents will do the field work? There is more to come.

The FFL (Federal Firearms License) requirement for dealers is part of the Gun Control Act of 1968. It was introduced in the House and passed, Passed in Senate and Signed into law President Lyndon Johnson. In other words it’s a legitimate law, made by elected lawmakers using the system as it’s intended to be used. The initial fee for an FFL dealer license is $200 and the annual renewal is $90.

We are not talking about Gun dealers and not talking about the 1968 GCAicon. This is a TOTALLY NEW requirement for gunsmiths to Federally Register. OK?? The US State Dept has been pushing for this and it has its roots in the United Nations and international gun trafficking. How that fits into my local gunsmith re-chambering my Mauser is beyond me. Trafficking what? This has Hillary stamped all over it, with the UN connection.

Alrighty then, folks. We kept it open and it couldn't stay away from politics so we'll close it down. Have a great day.
