It is as simple as it looks. Obvious as even I can do it.
Perhaps I will start on number two while looking for the swivel screw and correct streight handlled bolt required to finish this one.
I like the fact it looks preserved but not restored.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. I need to get one of those tubs that will fit the entire barrel/action assembly. I have a carcano barrel I need to get rust out of the bore badly. was working on it with brushes over the weekend and its just really bad. Rifling looks good but I'm afraid to run a bullet through it as it might ring the barrel or worse.

The 36" window box (longest I could find) came from Lowes. Washing soda Walmart. I think a vertical arrangement with 6" PVC capped at one end might be the ticket for longer barreled actions etc.
I also read a suggestion that a small steel rod be placed in the barrel insulated from contact with the barrel with O rings which might work with a plugged muzzle & bore filled with the solution.

I am not sure #2 will not turn out better than #1. I will check the tank this evening.
