A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. If a replacement bolt was required in repair, the first one that head spaced from the 'bolt bin' was the one installed. As Remington had large 'spares' contracts, the odds were that it would be a Remington, but could be a "X" (S-C), "CC", "BS" or any of the '03 bolts. A bolt body was a bolt body.

I think Springfield Sporters has new S-C bolts still in the grease. Give them a call.
