M1 carbines range report

Got a chance for a quick trip to the range and took my Inland and Underwood carbines with me.

Only shot them at 50 yards this trip, but they seem to shoot pretty well...

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Not bad for these old carbines! With my old eyes I have a hard time doing that good anymore.

I'm glad to see that they're still shooting well. Not bad for 70+ year old pair of "old ladies".

Thanks, guys. I started out to do 5 shot groups, but the carbines are just so much fun that I went with 10 rounds.

The Inland has a 5-43 or 5-48 Inland barrel on it. It is hard to tell which. The Underwood has an undated Winchester barrel. The Underwood also has a Universal Windings receiver.
