    M1A Barrel Question

My M1Aicon is serialed 0619XX, so I assume it is Jan or Feb 1991 production. It has a TRW bolt and a 10-62 H&R barrel and the rest of the parts GI. TE is negative 1. My question is this; is the barrel chrome lined? Thanks, Bruce.

You should be able to study the chrome at the muzzle and chamber ends. Specially at the muzzle...it should be evident.
