    Everybody SING:

    "Shooting in a Winter Wonderland".

Did you import that white stuff just for authenticity in the video, or is your range regularly subject to these conditions?

Biggest problems on our ranges around Brisbane, in no particular order of annoyance:

    Sweat running into your eyes.
Being bitten by savage green ants.
Squadrons of flies, large and small.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). Several of our scopes are used in the CMP Vintage Sniper competition on top of 1903 rifles. Brian Dick ... That day was a typical winter -35*C we are at 53.5*North Latitude in my region so that snow stuff is rather common for about half the year.

We had sub zero temperatures overnight this August (summer) and two weeks ago we had 15 cm of snow fall. It's mostly melted off now, but it will be back soon enough. I do most of my shooting in wretched temperatures for a couple of reasons, 1. I'm used to it from the Army, 2. My warm weather hobbies are motor related, and 3. the cold keeps many of the idiots indoors, it's better to just have me being the one.

I used to be subject to cold temperatures. I moved from Syracuse, NY to Mississippi in 1976. I have never regretted the move.

The same reason I moved from the south shore of Lake Erie to middle Tenn. And when I left I left my snow shovels on the porch

It's still sweatshirts here in Victoria, my Rhodo's are blooming... I deliberately left the snow to Darren. I had enough.
