A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. OK then...I think that's the same fix Peter suggested. There are threads here reference that...

I just got a 4/45 Frazakerley Jungle carbine here in Eastern NC. There is some rust and pitting but for 200.00 I could not pass it up. I think it will clean up pretty well. I missed a no 1 mk3 for the same price with matching nos. I got it about two hours ago.

They all succumbed to the dreaded rust over there. We found that once you have it PROPERLY de-rusted/bead blasted then phosphated and painted in a hard baked paint it should last for 50 years

Can someone tell me why it is so complicated to post a picture? I have been all over this site and can not find out how to send a picture. I went to user control panel, it said to click on pictures and albums link but there is not pictures and albums link. I see some good pics. so it cannot be that hard.
