    1953 Hungarian M52 sniper rifle

Been on a bit of a roll lately with Hungarianicon Mosin's acquiring 3 of them, but this one is with out a doubt the prettiest of them. It's a 1953 Hungarian M52 sniper rifle that looks like it just came off the production line. The stock is perfect, and the bluing would rival modern sporting rifles. The rifle is all numbers matching and the scope, well that is the best part, it is a Hungarian scope, mount, and base. Snipers like this don't come along to often and I am glad I was able to acquire it for my collection.

That is a beautiful rifle. The finish is similar to the unissued Polish M44s. I love character on a gun..the scratches, the dings and wear from good honest use. But seeing military rifles in immaculate condition always impresses me. Beautiful rifle.
