Picked myself up a very well worn Istructie 91/30. It is your typical well worn Romanian rifle but the bore, while dark, has surprisingly good rifling.

I have noticed a couple posts on these Instructie rifles, what was the concept behind them. I know very little about Mosin Nagants in Romanian service, and I am guessing these were the training rifles they used, well keeping the better condition rifles in storage?
