Hey guys, I know the scope on this rifle is a real scope and not a reproduction but is the rifle an authentic sniper or just a converted 91/30?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. What year is it? I can't make it out in the photo?

Please provide a close up of the left side of the barrel directly in front of the receiver at the wood line. The would have originally been a scope number stamped there but sometimes the are ground off during refurb. Also, what do the machines ng marks look like on the inside of the scope mount?
