Correct frogs and scabbards for Pattern 1907 bayonets

    HI

I have a couple of 1907's im looking for frogs for. One is a 1917 Wilkinson, the other is a WW1 era Lithgowicon.

Im pretty sure the Lithgow would have a stitched leather scabbard and a pattern 08 frog? Would the Wilkinson have a pattern 08 frog or the pattern 13 leather?

    Thanks

Correct frogs and scabbards for Pattern 1907 bayonets

There's actually a few options, if you want to keep it WWI era. There's obviously the pattern 1908 and 1914 equipment. Then if you want there is also Canadianicon pattern 1913 and Australianicon leather infantry equipment. karkeeweb.com is a great place to look up Britishicon and Commonwealth equipment.

I got this reproduction frog from fellow forum member "tankhunter" a couple of years ago and I think if you speak nicely to him you may find that he may still have a few available; he had several left when I purchased mine. I am very pleased with the quality of this reproduction frog because it has been very well made and is the next best thing to the genuine article, at much less of a cost.

They went so quickly, I had to have another small production run of them!

I am now down to my last few of them also. When stocks are exhausted, I will not have any
    more manufactured I'm afraid!
