Picked up a Ross Scope ....

.... with a Broad Arrow. Just wondering if it's worth having it fixed. It is rough and the image is blurry.

    Thoughts?

These telescopes come completely apart, I've stripped and cleaned and assembled again quite a few for a military curio shop locally. Usually something is loose or out of place. I'd love to have a go at it...
