    Possible 1903a4 build candidate...

I've found a 1903a3 action that might be good candidate for an a4 build. The possible problem is it's already tapped and drilled for a scope mount and the forward reciever was done for 2 holes. Now having never done a build and not having seen either a real a4 nor a scope mount up close I don't know if the 2 holes will be an issue or not. I've attached pics that were sent my way, can more knowledgable posters advise me? Thanks...
