    Update on Born on date request

    Hello Milsurp friends! Thanks so much for all the valuable information posted on this thread. Be advised, that I was able to acquire a March 1944 SA receiver for my project. The Feb 1944 barrel with chamber in white will go well with this, as will the GAW stock. Just need a good -12 bolt with heat code and a Typre III lockbar rear sight. Plenty of time to look for those.

    Hope to b able to post pics of the parts, assembly, completed rifle and range report whenever it is I get this done.
