    GCA Article

I read with interest the article by Jim Swartz, " The Golden Years at Camp Perry" in the latest edition of the GCAicon Journal. The shipping document (DD Form 1348) pictured shows a stamping (NRA SALE). Jim asks in the article "How many receipts are out there marked NRA Sale ?" I have only seen a very few and have always wondered just what "NRA SALE" indicated. Anybody have the answer ?
