First Test With My Brand New Brazilian and Peruvian Mausers

Yesterday I've been at the range for trying out my new Mauser 7x57.
After adjusting the elevation (first shot was 14 inches low, then I set 300 meters and finally 500, getting it right. First picture shows the first three really aimed rounds. Picture 2 the remaining rounds of that series), I then shot a second series of 15 rounds at 100 meters (3rd picture).

All in the 10, until suddenly a brazing sun lit up the range.
    So, 9 at 11 'o clock and two more 9 at 7/8 'o clock.
    What a pity.......
    I let myself get distracted.
Anyway, my first reloads seem to be working just fine, as the rifle also does!
I must say, I really loved that 7mm round. It is sweet and full of character!
I also shot the Peruvianicon (two weeks ago), still good, but not as good yet.
First two shots right on 8, then better.
The trigger is a bit of an issue, since it has been filed so much that it is now a single stage one.
    Gotta get it right again.
But also here, immediately got good reloads. The 20 rounds are with 4 different reloads, so maybe the results are not that bad.
I should have made only one or two reloads, but I'll catch up and make it good in a couple of weeks.
