    Type 1 M1A1 Save

This M1A1icon came into the shop, it needed professional work if it was going to be saved. Someone had made a crude attempt at fixing it before. I had to take it apart and start over. Here is the result. This stock will be for display only. I have another M1A1 I will put in a separate thread that will be a shooter and required a different kind of repair.

    Best Regards.....Frank

Nice job here again. Typical of many is the attempt to repair with substandard materials or bonding agents. Nice save, good recovery.
    Regards, Jim

That's an amazing save on what would be a piece of firewood to most.

So sad to see cracks like that in a para stock. Even worse is the crude attempts at repair. So glad to see it get some professional attention. Thanks to Frank and those who save stocks like this one.
