Indestructible the youngest medal of honor winner of the 20th century

This is the story of Jack Lucas, who won the medal of honor at the age of 16
He forged his papers and joined the Marines at 13. He was suppose to stay at Paris island and teach machine gun marksman ship after basic, and instead stowed away on the transport train and was reassigned to a marine unit in California, was shipped to Hawaii where it was learned he was only 15. He was allowed to stay in the Corps but not allowed to be assigned to a combat unit. He then stowed away on a troop transport ship and turned himself in 29 days later. He was assigned to 1/26 and on d+2 covered 2 Japaneseicon grenades, with his body, for witch he was awarded the Medal of honor. All this by the time he was 16. There are further amazing adventures in his life but I will let you read them for your self.

Is there a book about him and, if so, can you give the details of the book. Title, author, etc.

A review would also be great, thanks.
So I can't spell, so what!!!
