You're right, Patrick. This target dates from when I switched to a higher front sight (the rifle shot way too high at 100 m with the original blade, sights being originally set at 300 m). I filed the new blade down to hit POA and have since pushed it +/- 0,3 mm to the right to center). Old eyes, iron sights, underground range with artificial light make for an uncomfortable combination, hence some flyers due to aiming fatigue. If it weren't for respecting the rifle's integrity and good looks, I might envision going to a diopter sight (original exist for the M96 but I'd hate drilling the receiver).
