A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Funny you should mention that. I have been going to a place in Calif since I was ten, Val's in Hayward. My last years in Calif it was a 60 mile drive each way. They have a 1lb Pappa Burger, basket of fries, and Milk Shakes in the can (2 1/2 glasses worth). I dip my fries in the milk shake. I have ordered then same thing for 58 years. It was the second date with my wife in 1966. Even now when we visit in Calif we go there. Which BTW will be next Wednesday the 17th on our way to Coronado.

I'm going to the Bay Area this month. I'll be eating there Saturday the 19th. I always order the same thing, papa burger, fries and a vanilla shake.
