Agreed, the M3A1 with can was like a canoe paddle hitting the backstop. The bigger bullets are great for the 9mm, I loaded a RN lead meant for 38Spl and about three gr of B'seye, it was super. Lots of obturation and lots of smack. I never loaded bigger than 150...standard barrels worked great with this stuff too, remember though it's still a close range weapon, like 60 yds max for best results...

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Why don't they read and ask. One of the biggest bug bears at Warminster were the people who would write a book (some who REALLY should know better too.....), send us a complimentary copy, only for you to write back words to the effect '....thanks, but why the xxxx didn't you come over and speak to us first' EN in Sten......... Both Harold and Reg stated to the commission of awards to inventors that it indicated ENGLAND!

    Oh, don't get me going....................
It was more the issue with the mag housing that had me wondering. The silencing unit is wrong but the housing looked correct and original to me. I just wonder if the individual narrating filmed his video at the Royal Armouries or lifted the video from the web. Just like he lifted the photo of Rods Mk1.
